You may be asked to leave without a refund for violations of TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- No pets.
- No smoking in cabins - please smoke on your porch.
- No ATV riding, guns, fireworks or loud noise to disturb others.
- Reservations guaranteed with valid credit card. Master Card and Visa only.
- $50 non-refundable deposit when reservation is made; balance due charged 10 days prior to arrival
- 3+bedroom cabins, groups or reservations of 4 days or more require 1 night non-refundable deposit and 30 day balance due charge.
- Additional extra people are not allowed to stay in the cabin.
- No refunds.
- Dates cannot be changed.
- Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE OR EMAIL. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of your reservation will be charged 100%
- All guests must be registered (including infants), not to exceed the maximum number allowed.
- Do not invite others to the property.
- Fireplace is seasonal (mid-Oct to mid-Mar).
- Leave cabin tidy (no damages, dishes washed & put away, trash & litter in containers).
- Express authorization is granted for charging the credit card for missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, and other policy fees.
- Owner/management not liable or responsible for damages/losses or personal injury to guest(s) property or person.
- Evidence of pets or smoking will incur additional $275/day charge to your credit card and eviction.
- Two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays. 3:00 pm Check In. 11:00 am Check Out.
