Buck N Bass Cabin
2 bedroom. (queen beds in each) 2 bath. Sleeps four. 1018 sq. ft. living + decks and screened gazebo.
Pull your boat right on up. Outside electrical hook up for battery recharging available.
Enter through the solid walnut door with a hint of obscure Flemish glass. Cross the threshold
onto the blue slate rock floor. Cathedral ceilings highlight the taxidermy display of some fine
bass caught from nearby Broken Bow Lake.
The fully equipped kitchen has an island perfect for entertaining. Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, pots, pans, dishes, flatware,
glassware, paper towels, dish soap and kitchen linens provided. Plus an apron for the industrious chef.
A wood burning fireplace with large rock mantle is open mid-October through midMarch. We provide the firewood. Cable TV/Playstation 2 for
DVDs or games. Board games, playing cards for Texas Hold ‘Em or poker, books and magazines are scattered throughout.
Washer/dryer (cold water hook up only). Past the deck, you’ll discover a screened gazebo overlooking Fluecy Creek below. A wicker swing and
cozy seating area are perfect for unwinding the day.
Campfire ring for s'mores and telling tall fish tales. Charcoal grill and patio furniture provided. The cabin is dwarfed by the large native, shade trees. Dogwood and redbud are particularly spectacular in the spring. This cabin is perfect for those seeking the lunkers from Broken Bow Lake.
No smoking. No pets - Rate is for maximum occupancy of 4 guests (including children and infants).
Hickory Hill Cabins are Beavers Bend cabins, that are near Beavers Bend State Park, a getaway destination for outdoor fun& adventure for all ages. We are located across from Broken Bow Lake and the Beavers Bend State Park. Beavers Bend State Park offers an interpretive nature center and hiking trails in a deep forest setting near the cab. You will have access to thousands of acres of the Ouachita National Forest and the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area near the cabins, where you will find great hiking trails, bird watching, deer and turkey hunting, mountain biking, horsebackriding and ATV 4-wheeler riding.
