If you like the Wild West then the Duke is your cabin. It has a single bedroom with a queen bed and a futon sleeper in the living area and a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, and microwave and most everything you need to prepare a meal. There is an outside firepit, charcoal grill, porch swing, and picnic table. The cabin is located across from the Steven’s Gap entrance to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend Marina for easy access to the lake.

A deposit for 20% of the total amount will be charged when reservation is made; balance due charged 10 days prior to arrival except for 3+ bedroom cabins and/or reservations of 4 days or more which require a 30 day balance due charge.
The following are our TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• 3:00 pm Check In. 11:00 am Check Out.
• No ATV riding, guns, fireworks or loud noise to disturb others.
• Reservations guaranteed with valid credit card. Master Card and Visa only.
• Any additional people other than the number listed on the reservation are not allowed to stay in the cabin.
• No refunds for cancellations made within ten days of reservation.
• Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone or email. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of your reservation will be charged 100%.
• All guests must be registered (including infants), not to exceed the maximum number allowed.
• Non-refundable deposit.
• No pets.
• No smoking in cabins - please smoke on your porch.
• Fireplace is seasonal (mid-Oct to mid-Mar).
• Leave cabin tidy (no damages, dishes washed & put away, trash & litter in containers).
• Express authorization is granted for charging the credit card for missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, and other policy fees.
• Owner/management not liable or responsible for damages/losses or personal injury to guest(s) property or person.
• Evidence of pets or smoking will incur additional $275 charge to your credit card and eviction.
• Two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays.
