A deposit for 20% of the total amount will be charged when reservation is made; balance due charged 10 days prior to arrival except for 3+ bedroom cabins and/or reservations of 4 days or more which require a 30 day balance due charge.
The following are our TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Minimum age to reserve a cabin is 21. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian.
• Pets are ONLY allowed in cabins listed as PET FRIENDLY ($50 fee applies, $25 additional for second pet, 2 pets maximum, 40 lbs max per pet).
• No smoking in cabins – please smoke on your porch.
• 3:00 pm Check In. 11:00 am Check Out.
• No ATV riding, guns, fireworks or loud noise to disturb others.
• Reservations guaranteed with valid credit card. Master Card and Visa only.
• Any additional people other than the number listed on the reservation are not allowed to stay in the cabin.
• Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone or email. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of your reservation will be charged 100%.
• All guests must be registered (including infants), not to exceed the maximum number allowed.
• Do not invite others to the property.
• Fireplace is seasonal (mid-Oct to mid-Mar).
• Leave cabin tidy (no damages, dishes washed & put away, trash & litter in containers).
• Express authorization is granted for charging the credit card for missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, and other policy fees.
• Owner/management not liable or responsible for damages/losses or personal injury to guest(s) property or person.
• Evidence of pets in non pet friendly cabins, smoking, and/or damage to cabin or trees will incur additional minimum $275 charge to your credit card and eviction.
• Two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays.
